SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs:
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed, and a shipment confirmation with tracking details when your parcel is on its way.
We work to keep shipping charges as low as possible and may offer free shipping above a spend threshold. When available, the current threshold is clearly displayed on our website and/or the order page.
Fulfillment:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. During peak periods (for example, new product launches, holidays, or promotional events), fulfilment may take longer. For an updated order status, please email info@mylkafrica.co.za with your order number.
Express delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. To request express shipping, contact info@mylkafrica.co.za.
Carrier Information:
Mylk ships via CourierGuy or Aramex using standard delivery.
Delivery typically takes 2-6 days from the time the parcel leaves our warehouse, depending on your location, and is subject to possible carrier delays. Expect potential extended delays during the busy holiday season due to increased carrier volume.
Please note: we cannot assist with issues related to any third-party delivery service.
Order rerouting:
Once a parcel is in transit, MYLK cannot reroute it to a new address. Please contact the carrier directly or consult the carrier’s website for any available rerouting options.
Damaged Packages:
If your order was damaged in transit, please photograph the damage to both the outer box and the product, retain the damaged packaging for possible carrier inspection, and contact us so we can replace the item(s) and initiate a claim.
If you received an incorrect order, email info@mylkafrica.co.za with photos of the product you received.
Tracking status:
Tracking information is automatically emailed to you after the order is confirmed. We’re unable to provide additional tracking details beyond what the carrier supplies. If your parcel remains in transit for longer than 15 business days, please contact info@mylkafrica.co.za
