Return Policy

General:

We don’t offer exchanges or returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or you experience a reaction to it, we’re here to help. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic proof of the damage and your order confirmation email.

If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.

Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items or products purchased from anywhere other than our online store mylkafrica.co.za

Damages and Issues

Candles should be stored in a cool, dry place and removed from the shipping box promptly upon delivery. If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@mylkafrica.co.za with your order number, a photo of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Please note: our candles are made from 100% natural ingredients. Slight changes in colour and small imperfections in the wax are normal and will not affect performance. For best results, we recommend burning your candles within one year.
